Annmarie has 30 years experience as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to meet the business objectives, but particularly during times of fast development and change. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has helped to translate corporate plans and goals into the people and business strategy by focusing on employee engagement and change management. She is passionate about learning and sees team and leadership development as the most powerful competitive edge. Her experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized companies, building coaches and leaders with evidence-based results. This experience helped create corporate cultures that embraced the concept of learning and innovation, as well as transforming for the betterment of individuals and teams. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate her talents and time to the cause. In addition, she is a supporter of several non-profit organizations during her time off. It includes serving as an active part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women develop as leaders. They also provide workshops to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association that is based in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically to healthcare hospitality houses and aiding Shatterproof an international non-profit organization committed to ending the addiction epidemic within the United States in educating communities on how to assist those affected by the illness of addiction.
